Fun at the Park

Emma absolutely loved her first time on the swing. It was so cute how much she giggled and laughed and what hair she has blew in the wind.
Levi and Joe played a little baseball. I don't know who had more fun Levi or dad.
Faith had fun doing everything, she loves to be outside. Here she is on this contraption that bounces you crazy.

Bug Catcher

So as many of you know I do not like bugs whether they be big or small, flying or crawling, creepy or not. I think they are all gross. My little Levi on the other hand can't wait to get a closer look a trait he definately did not get from me. Though I do have to say Joe isn't too fond of spiders. Anyway here he is on one of his bug adventures....
Conversation:
Levi: Look mom I got a grasshopper.
Mom: Wow Levi make sure you stay over there.
Levi: (coming closer) but look mom he's on my hand.
Mom: (walking away while zooming camera) Nice Levi now don't get mommy and keep it outside.
All in a days work!

Thanks for the uhhh "help" Emma

Emma likes to "help" mommy where ever I go lately so in doing this she follows me and this is pretty much a contant view of my legs.

Emma also likes to help unload the dishwasher. Though this is very cute the problem is that usually while she is unloading I am actually trying to load so it's a battle to see if I can load faster than she can throw all the dishes on the floor.
Can't blame a girl for trying.

Martin family visit

Joe's family got to come see us on their way from Ohio back to Arizona. The kids were completely surprised. Faith got off the bus and started talking to me then stopped mid-sentence when she realized who was with me at the bus stop.

The kids enjoyed playing with Maygen while she was here. They all played and played until they passed out.
Joe's dad and my dad. I had to get this cause it's rare for us all to be together.
Bill, Dixie, Joe, Jenn, ChastidyIt was good to see them all even for a short time. The kids especially loved it. Faith and Levi both cried this morning when they had to leave to go home.

9 month stats

Emma had her 9 month check up today. Lucky for her no shots. They'll hit her with 4 at her 1 year check up though.

Weight: 19lb 6oz
Height: 28 1/4 inches
She's right on track!
In case your wondering why she's not wearing any pants its because she can't stand them. They prevent her from crawling super fast so she wiggles her way out of them.

No guys Emma isn't a baby doll!

Sometimes Faith, Levi and their friends like to pretend Emma is a babydoll. See the look of what the heck on Emma's face. Emma though as you can tell is a good sport as Faith and her friend Shelby give her a baby bath.

Hey at least her clothes are on and they aren't trying to give her a real bath.

Few random pictures

Emms with her normal smiles, and I love that it looks like I have alot of hair in this picture. Sometimes she gets so tired she will fall asleep anywhere.
Faith loves to take self portraits and this is usually what we get. Actually sometimes we get a nice shot up the nose.
She also likes to get Levi but he is a good sport about it.

Cooling off after the Festival

It was much hotter than we thought it was going to be at the Festival so on the way back to the car we happened to pass the spray park and had to let the kids play.
Levi, my little daredevil was in the center where the most water sprays most of the time.

Faith took a little more coercing to go into the center but eventually did it.

What a nice cool off to a hot fun filled day.

Liberty Fall Festival

Joe and I took the kids to the Fall Festival today. We had a great time, we started off with the parade where the kids got tons of candy tossed at them. Then we walked around all the different booths, it was lots of fun.

Time for a snack, as you can tell Levi is deciding if he should wipe all that grease on his shirt. Grease from.......
yummm food you can only get at activities like this. This plate of French fries was at least twice this size when we got it.
Faith thought it was fun to get little free knick knacks from all the stands, at least one of them was giving bags to put it all in.
My kids had to try 1 ride. They both did the slide. I wish I had gotten a better picture of Levi's face on the way down it was comical.
He was so sweet to help Faith up at the bottom.
Emma was behaved and smiling as usual. She is so easy to take around she fits right in.

Oh no! The stairs!

Emma is 9 months today. I can't believe it, time has literally ran away from us. On a side note everyone that means only 3 months til Christmas.

Here is her new favorite thing to do. You wouldn't believe how quiet and sneaky she is about it either. I swear she knows we'll get her down if she makes any noise.

She's almost to victory, and don't worry Joe is next to her to catch just in case. You just can't see him in the picture.

Ya see look what I did. Now we have the task of teaching her to go down so she doesn't topple down.
